Do I sign a contract?
Not one with a minimum term. You top up a balance, and each service renews automatically and takes its monthly amount from it as long as the balance covers it. If you no longer want a service, cancel it in the panel; it runs until the end of the paid period. If the balance runs out, the service ends.
What happens when my balance runs out?
We send a reminder seven, three and one day before the due date. If the balance still does not cover the amount, the server is suspended. Three days later it is deleted, and the data goes with it.
Can I change size later?
Yes, from the panel. The new monthly amount applies from the next renewal, so you never pay twice for the same month.
Where do the machines stand?
At myLoc in Duesseldorf. We run our own nodes there and do not resell someone else's capacity.
Is VAT added at checkout?
No. Every price already includes 19% German VAT, and the invoice shows it. The price you see is the price you pay. Business customers in other EU countries with a verified VAT ID are billed net under reverse charge.
How do I pay?
You top up the balance by card, PayPal, bank transfer or another online method such as Klarna or iDEAL; the current choice is shown when you top up. At checkout you can also pay online directly. Every top-up gets an invoice, every deduction a receipt. Both live in the panel.
What happens to remaining balance?
It stays in your account and is used for renewals and new orders. Questions about remaining balance, for example a payout, are answered by our support; our terms apply.
