XionHosting runs its own KVM nodes in Duesseldorf and wrote the panel that manages them. Servers, hosting and domains, one account, one balance, and nothing that renews behind your back.
Node names, processor, data centre, contact points. Every point below is in our own systems or in the imprint, and none of it is an adjective.
Two KVM nodes, gold01 and gold02, both on Intel Xeon Gold 6230 at myLoc. We run them ourselves rather than reselling capacity somebody else owns.
The control panel, the provisioning and the billing are our own code, not a licensed shop system. That is why a fix can land the same day it is reported.
A KVM server is running in under a minute after the amount leaves your balance. Nobody has to approve it and no ticket stands in the way.
German data centre, German invoice, German law and the GDPR. Support answers in German, and so does everything the panel writes to you.
[email protected] goes to a person. The imprint names the contact points required under the DSA and the TCO regulation, because a hoster that cannot be reached is a problem for everyone.
KVM root servers, whole dedicated machines, web hosting on Plesk and domains. One account, one balance, one panel for all of it.
Prepaid instead of a contract. That changes who has to act: not you to get out, but you to carry on.
You top up a balance, each service takes its month from it. Stop topping up and it ends by itself. There is nothing to get out of.
Every price on the site already includes 19% German VAT, and there is no setup fee on top of any product.
We remind you before something runs out and you decide. Nothing here renews quietly in the background, domains least of all.
Full root on your machine, DNS records in the panel, and the auth code for a domain transfer is one button. Leaving needs no conversation with us.
4,7 out of 5 from 31 reviews on Trustpilot. They are not hosted here, so we cannot pick them, and that is exactly what makes them worth reading.
There is no contact form here on purpose: an open form collects far more abuse than messages. These three ways all end up with the same person.

[email protected]For the quick questions that do not need a ticket. Other customers read along, which is often the point.
To the serverA few euro, running in a minute, and it ends when you stop renewing it. That is the shortest way to find out how we work.
